PALMCOP holds a yearly meeting/workshop each year within the Fall. Previously subjects have incorporated upkeep of audio-visual materials, disaster planning and risk management.

Patricia Ewer may be the principal of Textile Objects Conservation in Ontario, MN. She's a conservation professional with 30 years experience dealing with textiles and controlling, developing and staffing conservation projects. She'll present a lecture and 2 hrs of hands-on demonstration.
Gina Whitened and Robert Ryals of Winthrop University’s Louise Pettus Archives & Special Collections will show a session on collecting environment data kept in storage areas to allocate assets.

Because of the hands-on character from the workshop, this annual meeting is going to be restricted to 50 (excluding PALMCOP Board).
The PALMCOP Board meeting is going to be held throughout lunch.
